How much will it cost to ship my order?
We are currently offering free standard ground shipping on orders over $200 shipped to an address in the lower 48 states of the USA.
Our flat rate shipping rates are:

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, see below for our shipping methods. The shipping cost for express shipping for orders is calculated from the weight of your order and your distance from us.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Our standard shipping method in the lower 48 states of the USA is FedEx Home Delivery to a residential address, and FedEx Ground for deliveries to business addresses. For rush deliveries in the lower 48 states, we also offer USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Express Saver and FedEx 2Day delivery. We do no currently offer overnight delivery.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is by USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground to Canada.
How long will it take for you to ship my order?
Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are received. Our business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays. Occasioanlly we may need to backorder an item on your order if we are waiting for a delivery from our supplier. We will let you know if an item on your order will be delayed.
How long will my order be in transit?
Standard shipping in the lower 48 takes 5-7 business days, depending on how far you are from Oregon. PLEASE allow as much time as possible for transport, as weather or other factors can delay your shipment.
Canadian customers should allow extra time for their shipment to clear Customs. This can add 7-10 days to your delivery time.
Can I return items I didn't use?
If you have leftover items after your event, you can return them to us for a refund. Items need to be in unused condition in thier original packaging. Items need to be in full, unopened units. You will need to pay the shipping cost to return the items to us.

What payment methods do you accept?
Schoolcarnivals To Go accepts MasterCard and Visa. You can use debit and check cards issued by these companies as well as their standard credit cards. For instance, if you are paying with a Visa Check Card, please select Visa from the drop-down menu during checkout when indicating the card type.
We do not currently accept purchase orders, international wire transfers, personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks or any other payment method not listed above. We do not ship COD. We are unable to apply manufacturers' coupons.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Schoolcarnivals To Go is located in Oregon, which does not have a sales tax.
